Who are our services suitable for?

Our services are intended for all property owners who want to have as few worries as possible with the sale. We are also here for people who want to be sure that they will sell the property in a certain time, without the need to advertise and wait for a serious buyer.

You can contact us even if you are already selling the property and it is taking longer than you planned and you are pressed for time, for example due to the purchase of another property. You can count on the fact that we are your direct buyers, we are not intermediaries.


What kind of properties do you buy from owners?

We buy apartments and family houses in Bratislava, Prague, Brno and Vienna and their immediate surroundings, from the direct owners of the property. We can also buy real estate with debts and other restrictions, for example with a lien from a bank or a non-bank entity.

Most often, we buy apartments in their original condition, with which we can restore their original function and value through our reconstruction. We do not buy apartments owned by the city or a cooperative, nor do we buy real estate shares.


How do you determine the market price of a property?

Thanks to our AVM system, we can determine the market price of a property for a client within a few hours with an accuracy of a few houndreds of EUR. This allows us to offer the best prices for the immediate sale of the property within a few hours of sending the request. Thanks to process automation, our transaction process is clear, very fast and reliable.

We combine our technology with the strong personal expertise and experience of our traders, who have a detailed overview of the market situation and traded real estate in their locality.

When do I have to move out of the sold property?

One of the advantages of our service is the possibility to agree on the date of sale and moving that will suit you best. If you need to stay in the property for a few more days or weeks for some reason, it's no problem. You can plan and handle everything related to moving or buying a new property.

How is the sale going, are there any fees?

You do not pay any fees for our service. All legal and administrative costs for the realization of the sale are covered by us. Selling with us is really simple. After signing the contract documentation, the money is credited to the attorney's escrow within a few days. After the real estate is transferred to our ownership at the cadastre, it will be released from escrow and credited to your account.
